Measurements are taken with the garment lying flat and unstretched.  The chest measurement is taken across the front from pit-to-pit.  The length measurement is taken from the shoulder to the bottom hem.  Please allow +/- 1" in stretch tolerance.

Please include the original order invoice, if possible, in your return shipment.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return if any these conditions are not met.

All discounted items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

If you purchased an item directly from us at market or pop-up shop event, all items are FINAL SALE and no refund/exchange will be issued.

If returning or exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless it is an error caused by LivyLu.
