Shipping policy

Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise, however, we are generally able to ship all in-stock items within 3-5 business days from receipt of the order.  Please be sure to provide accurate information during checkout as order details such as inaccurate credit card information or invalid shipping address may delay your order.  No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive an email with your order number when you place your order.  When your order is shipped you will receive a second email confirming that it has been shipped and will include your order tracking information.  These confirmations will be sent to the email address you provided with your order.  If for some reason, you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

 

IN STORE PICKUP INFORMATION:

- Orders placed for in-store pickup are typically ready to be picked up within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

Shipping

LivyLu is not responsible for:

  • Delays in shipping due to USPS or UPS
  • International Custom charges
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by USPS or UPS. At this point, please contact your local post office or UPS service center with information regarding your package. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

LivyLu is not responsible for a package shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure the address is listed correctly. Orders need to be re-shipped will be at the expense of the customer.

If you notice that the address listed is incorrect after placing an order, please email us at hello@shoplivylu.com. However, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make the change to the package.

International Consumers

We are happy to ship to our international customers, but we cannot be responsible for any customs tax, duties, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s customs office for information regarding charges and rates for your package. We are unable to give information regarding international rates and fees, and advise that you contact your country’s customs office or tax agent.

Changes to Orders:

Due to our shipping and delivery times, we cannot guarantee the ability to make changes to orders submitted.
