Unworn, unwashed items may be returned for STORE CREDIT within 30 days of purchase. To make a return or exchange, please email email@example.com to request the address and return instructions. Please let us know at that time if you are returning or exchanging. If exchanging, tell us the item you'd like to exchange your item(s) for. Please include the original order invoice, if possible, in your return shipment.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return if any these conditions are not met.
All discounted items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
If you purchased an item directly from us at market or pop-up shop event, all items are FINAL SALE and no refund/exchange will be issued.
If returning or exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless it is an error caused by LivyLu.
Please note: LivyLu is not responsible for lost packages. We encourage you to track your package.
